A little over 6 years ago I hit a wall. I was about to turn 30 and I was starting to see the signs of aging and no exercise taking a toll, physically and mentally. I decided my New Years resolution would be to get in the best shape of my LIFE. How cliche, right?! 

 

I had no idea where to start, so I hired a personal trainer and joined a gym. I was lucky to find someone to help guide and give me some of the tools that I needed to reach my goal...but I was hungry for something more intense, more rewarding. So, I found a coach and signed up for my first NPC Bikini competition. I knew nothing about the sport I was about to dive into. Little did I know that signing up for one show would change my life forever...

 

Fast forward to now, I have 6 Pro wins under my belt, Runner-Up at the 2017 Bikini Olympia as well as 2 top 6 finishes in the 2016 & 2018 Bikini Olympia! I am into my 4th consecutive season as an IFBB Bikini Pro.  I can't believe my dream of becoming a top finisher among so many beautiful and talented women is coming to life! I have accomplished so much in my 6 years of fitness and I'm just getting started...

My goal is to now take all the knowledge I have acquired and help you with your goals. I know how confusing or intimidating the fitness world can be. I will be here to help coach you along the way. Whether your goal is to be in the best shape of your life or to step on a competition stage, we will get there, together!
